• Carl Schaedel and Co., Inc. has closed the Viking Culinary Center in Garden City, NY on July 31, 2011.

• Carl Schaedel and Co., Inc. begins operating the Viking Culinary Center in Garden City, NY on February 28, 2009 bringing the number of VCC facilities to three. Renovations at the Appliance Resource Showroom at that facility have been completed.

• Carl Schaedel and Co., Inc. acquires the New York distribution rights for Viking products on July 1, 2008.

• Our Bryn Mawr, PA Appliance Resource Showroom^SM was featured on HGTV's Kitchen Trends segment. Kitchen Trends is the first magazine show dedicated to the latest and greatest in kitchen design.

• Our Appliance Resource Showroom in Bryn Mawr, PA was recently awarded "Best Showroom" by the Home Builders Association of Chester and Delaware Counties. This recognition was awarded on March 19th at the HBA's 16th Annual Pyramid Awards and is determined by "traffic functionality, usability of spaces, appropriateness to the target market, and the aesthetic appeal of the environment".

• Carl Schaedel and Co., Inc. is named the distributor of Blanco America, Inc. products for Metro New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, West Virginia, Southern New Jersey and eastern portions of Ohio and Kentucky effective December 2004.

• Carl Schaedel and Co., Inc opens it's new state-of-the-art Appliance Resource Showroom^SM at our Sperry Road facilities in Fairfield, NJ. We greeted 250+ guests at our Grand Opening Open House on December 14, 2004.

• Carl Schaedel and Co., Inc. has completed the remodeling and expansion of the newest Appliance Resource Showroom at our new Bryn Mawr, PA facility. This showroom opened for business on September 5, 2004.

• Carl Schaedel and Co., Inc. moved into new larger office and warehouse facilities at 4 Sperry Road, Fairfield, NJ on March 19 - 21, 2004. The Appliance Resource Showroom at 11 Patton Drive, West Caldwell, NJ closed at the end of June 2004 pending construction of the new facility.

• Carl Schaedel and Co., Inc. is named the exclusive distributor of Viking Range Corporation products for Pennsylvania, Delaware (northern 2 counties), West Virginia, Southern New Jersey and eastern portions of Ohio and Kentucky effective April 6, 2004.

• Carl Schaedel and Co., Inc. is named the exclusive distributor of U-Line products for the Metro New York market including the 5 boroughs of Manhattan and Westchester, Putnam, Nassau and Suffolk counties effective January 1, 2004.

• Carl Schaedel and Co., Inc. took first-place honors in Kitchen & Bath Design News' 2003 Industry Leadership Award for the category Overall Excellence in Operating a Kitchen & Bath Distribution Firm.
